SIGNS of a STROKE

On Thursday morning I woke up with horrible symptoms. It woke me up out of a dead sleep. Here is the description of what was :
SIGNS of a STROKE

*Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
*Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
*Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
*Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
*Sudden, severe headache with no known cause happening.
When we got to the hospital the triage nurse was even panicked. She rushed me back to a room in the ER and they worked on me right away. My blood pressure was 200/130. Normal is 120/80. I was scared to death! They went on to get my blood pressure down. I was admitted and they did several tests. Cat scan, heart Echo, Stress Test, all came out normal. However, STRESS CONTROL is key!!!
I cannot say this enough. Do whatever it takes to get the stress out of your life!!!
I am 38 years old and I wast to be here for a very long time. Please be aware of your life, your stresses, and your support system. Love, Jennifer
