Customer Service Meltdown

It's funny. Yesterday on the front of the MSN page was an article about self service check outs taking jobs away from employees. This would disable the employee from giving proper "Customer Service". Are they kidding? CUSTOMER SERVICE... Has anyone shopped at their local Wal Mart or other huge chain store lately? What customer service??? You load you own cart for goodness sakes. I think self check out would be doing us all a favor. It may even provide us all with a little more exercise. Then the handicapped or disabled or whoever else REALLY needed help could go through the CUTSOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY checkouts. Whatcha think?
