30 Day Shred

O.K. !!! Here I go. Amber at http://www.amberfilkins.blogspot.com/ has me convinced.

I have not worked out in years and I bought this and I will start it tom. How hard can 20 min. a day be. I can sit and drink coffee at the computer or I can make a difference in my life for the benefit of my family. So here we go!

(50lbs. please be gone.)

Good for you! I've seen that DVD a lot around blogs and in stores. I belong to our local YMCA so I mainly go there. I was able to get back to aerobics this morning and it felt so good (until tomorrow when I can't walk). :)

You should check out http://www.noexcusesworkouts.com/. I use his system and the heart rate monitor. I helps you know how hard (or not!) you are working. According to it, I burned 695 calories today at aerobics. I find that very encouraging.
