Yes, it is very cold. I have been living here for almost three years and I've never seen it this cold or so many people with blankets over bushes and trees. :) I live in Oviedo, amazing to meet someone in the blog world that lives in the same state.
I've never know a winter like it here across the pond...we've been lucky for temps to reach above 30F since before x-mas...it's been interesting trying to get about (on foot or in car)...looks pretty though ;-)
