Our Oldest Son is 17
Our oldest son ANDREW will be 17 in Saturday. We consider him our Valentine's baby. He is almost 6 feet tall and has worked his way through many struggles to come out on top. We are so proud of him! He was born February 13th, 1993 to a loving Father and Mother who had only been married 14 months. His Dad was 30 and I was 22. We were young and anxious for his arrival. We had him at a local Birthing Center with a midwife. It was a hard but beautiful experience. He was 8 lbs. 13 oz. 22 inches long. All without any meds.

I just have to say how scary it is how similar we are. :) I used midwives for all 3 of my births, but only the last one (Alex) was born at a Midwife Center. It was the best experience of my life.
